Reservations for all SPA services are mandatory, in order to guarantee the best service. to book the treatment we suggest you contact the spa thalasso at the reception. Our staff will help you in the best choice

Arrival at the spa
We advise you to arrive 15-20 minutes before the appointment. Arriving late means decreasing the time of your treatment which will have to finish at the scheduled time, to allow the punctuality of the next one.

Cancellation of a treatment
Each treatment can be canceled by 7.30 pm of the previous day. Otherwise you will be charged the whole amount.

Towels and bathrobe
We invite guests of the hotel to access the SPA wearing bathing suit, bathrobe and slippers. The SPA provides external customers with the SPA KIT with bathrobe and towel. Slippers and swimming cap are available on request at the SPA reception, while the bathing suit is personal. 

Children
Access to children over 3 years is allowed, under the supervision of a responsible adult, in the morning from 9.00 am to 11.00 am. Children under the age of 14 are not allowed access to the sauna and turkish bath. Guests under the age of 18 can access all SPA services only if accompanied by an adult.

Valuables
We invite our guests to use the lockers with automatic closure, placed in the locker room and we advise you not to bring or wear valuables during your stay at the spa.

Health state
By booking, please kindly inform reception of any physical, allergy or other condition that may affect the choice of your treatment.
 We also recommend the following contraindications to marine therapies: acute diseases, allergy to iodine, non-compensated thyroid disorders, severe hypertension, dermatological lesions (sores, open wounds) uncompensated cardiac and arterial disorders (recent heart attacks, heart disease, hypertension poorly controlled arterial disease), malignant neoplastic diseases, chemotherapy treatments performed for less than 6 months.

Pregnancy
Thalassotherapy has contraindications for pregnant women and it is therefore necessary to make contact with the reception of the SPA before booking the thalassotherapy area and treatments at the SPA. The staff will be glad to offer all the necessary assistance and information , as well as arrange an interview with the Health Department of the center. Thalassotherapic treatments can be performed ONLY AND WITHOUT EXCEPTIONS from the 4th month to the end of the 7th month. The pregnant women must present the documentation of healthiness of the specialist doctor, otherwise IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO ACCEPT ANY BOOKING.
